Multigenre Open Minds Festival

About the project

Prague Gateways is an ongoing multicultural project created in the spirit of Open Minds, it has started in March of 2007 and immediately enriched Prague’s cultural scene, especially thank to its multicultural orientation and multi-topicality. Prague Gateways is one of the main activities of company Felicius o.p.s.

The project consists of various events and they all have one thing in common: Czech and international personalities present the best of what they have to say or share – writers, scientists, historians, healers, yogis, directors, dancers, etc.

The main purpose of this international multi-cultural festival Prague Gateways is to carry on Prague’s rich tradition – Prague as a crossroads where all aspects of human life interconnect – to create a space in Prague, where the participants could meet on regular basis with distinct local and international personalities who apply spiritual dimension in their field, and who are willing to share their experiences. We want to create a platform where different points of view on art and various cultural fields are presented; projects where ancient wisdom meets modern science. We want the shared information to be easy to understand, so the gained knowledge can be easily applied to one’s personal life for the betterment of human society. These projects vary in forms of presentation: concerts, dance and theatrical performances, exhibitions, lectures, workshops, discussion forums, seminars, etc.

With our wide spectrum of activities we create a rich content that connects a lot of people from different walks of life.
